Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the purchase and use of the Tech4Tours platform by businesses and professionals. By subscribing, or by ticking the acceptance box on the payment page, you confirm that you have read them and accept them on behalf of your company.
1. Parties
The service is provided by TECH4TOURS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SL, tax ID B26649905, registered office at Calle Juan Flórez, 8, planta 3, 15004 A Coruña (Spain) ("Tech4Tours"). The customer is the company or professional that registers and subscribes to the service ("the Customer"). The service is aimed exclusively at businesses and professionals, not at consumers.
2. The service
Tech4Tours is cloud software (SaaS) for managing tours, guides, bookings, integrations with sales platforms and reports. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while the subscription is active. The available features are those described on the website at any given time; Tech4Tours may improve or change them without substantially reducing the service subscribed to.
3. Registration and accounts
The Customer must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and is responsible for the user accounts it creates for its team (admins, managers and guides), for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with them.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a free trial period, with no card required, of the length shown on the website. When the trial ends, access is blocked until the Customer subscribes. If the Customer subscribes before the trial ends, the paid period starts at that moment.
5. Prices and licences
The price consists of a base plan, which includes a number of licences, plus the additional manager and guide licences the Customer has active, according to the rates published on the pricing page. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added on the invoice. Promotions apply only under the conditions and within the periods announced. Additional services (for example, onboarding or premium support) are governed by their specific proposal.
6. Billing and payment
The subscription is monthly and charged in advance by card or another accepted payment method, through our payment provider Stripe. If the Customer activates or deactivates licences during the month, the amount is adjusted proportionally on the next invoice. Invoices are issued electronically with the tax details provided by the Customer and are available in its billing area.
7. Non-payment
If a payment fails, it will be retried automatically and the Customer will be asked to update its payment method. While any amount remains outstanding, Tech4Tours may suspend access to the platform until it is settled.
8. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically every month. The Customer may cancel it at any time from its billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, until which access is kept. Partial periods are not refunded. Tech4Tours may terminate the contract if the Customer seriously breaches these terms.
9. Acceptable use
The Customer undertakes to use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms, not to attempt to access other customers’ data or unauthorised systems, not to resell the service without authorisation, and to comply with the terms of the third-party platforms it connects (for example, activity sales channels).
10. Data protection
For the personal data the Customer processes on the platform (for example, data about its travellers and its team), the Customer is the data controller and Tech4Tours acts as data processor under Article 28 GDPR: it processes the data only to provide the service and on the Customer’s instructions. The processing of the Customer’s own contact and billing data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and support
Tech4Tours uses reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously available, except for maintenance downtime, which it will try to announce in advance, or causes beyond its control. Support is provided by email during business hours.
12. Liability
Tech4Tours is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss caused by improper use of the platform, or failures of third-party platforms. In any case, its total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its content belong to Tech4Tours or its licensors. The data the Customer enters into the platform belongs to the Customer.
14. Changes
Tech4Tours may change these terms or its prices by notifying the Customer by email at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer does not agree, it may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
