Frequently asked questions
When are you charged?
You start with a 15-day free trial. After that, you get 50% off for your first month and the subscription is billed monthly in advance. We don't ask for a card to get started.
What happens if I add or remove a guide mid-month?
The charge is prorated: you only pay for the days each guide or manager was active within the cycle.
What does Enterprise onboarding include?
Guided setup, data migration, team training and a dedicated Account Manager during rollout.
Is there a lock-in or contract?
The modular plan is month to month, no lock-in. For Enterprise, terms are agreed in the proposal based on your operation.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the cycle already paid.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. The applicable VAT for your country will be added on the invoice.
