How bookings reach Tech4Tours

The import method depends on the channel and your company’s configuration. Importing a booking does not mean synchronizing availability, prices or inventory with the source platform.

File imports

The dashboard accepts files from Viator, GetYourGuide and Civitatis, plus the Tech4Tours template. Select the source, upload a supported format and review the result. If your provider uses another format, submit a sample through the new format request.

Email imports and setup

Email extractors process supported notifications from Viator, GetYourGuide and Freetour. First activate the partner and configure message delivery. Available fields depend on the notification received; review imported bookings and cancellations.
